Which countries does JB Pay cover?+
The Caribbean islands listed on this page and Costa Rica: places where Stripe does not operate. JB Pay, Junglebee’s own payment processing, collects card payments for you and wires your payout every fortnight.
Which countries use their own Stripe account?+
Any country where Stripe supports connected accounts, including the United States, Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, the French Caribbean, Canada, the United Kingdom and most of Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Japan and the United Arab Emirates.
What currency does JB Pay pay out in?+
US dollars only.
Are there fees on JB Pay payouts?+
A flat $25 bank fee per wire. You choose your minimum payout; we recommend $300.
Can I choose JB Pay if Stripe is available in my country?+
No. JB Pay is for operators where Stripe is not available. If your company is in a Stripe country, you connect your own Stripe account.
My country isn’t listed. Can I still use Junglebee?+
Yes, for everything except online card payments: your booking page, the calendar, check-in and resellers, with cash and card-machine payments recorded at the desk. Tell us where you are and we’ll let you know when card payments open there.
Does my country change the price?+
No. It is 4% per card payment plus card processing everywhere, with no monthly fee.
