Powered by JunglebeeNothing until a guest pays by card. Then 4%.
A $95 seat paid by card on your page, with the fee passed on to the guest:
No monthly fee, no set-up fee, no contract
Users, products, agencies, channels, reports and support are included. A quiet month costs $0.
Paid by card, with or without Stripe
Caribbean and Costa Rica: JB Pay collects and wires you every fortnight, no merchant account. Stripe-supported countries: connect your own Stripe account and Stripe pays you directly.
Never oversold
Capacity follows the boats: a party is never split, a charter takes the whole boat, a boat is in one place at a time. Checked in the database when the guest books.
One calendar behind everything
Your website, your booking page, the desk and hotel desks sell the same seats, and GetYourGuide, Viator and other resellers will soon. A sale anywhere closes them everywhere.
Two ways to get paid. Which one depends on where you are.
Both take 4% per card payment plus the card processing fee, and nothing else. What differs is who holds the money and when it reaches you.
Caribbean and Costa Rica
- 1Apply once in the app with your business registration, the owner’s ID and your business bank details. Once you’re approved, JB Pay, Junglebee’s own payment processing, collects your guests’ card payments.
- 2Every fortnight, once that period’s trips have run, one wire goes to your business’s bank account, net of the 4% and the card processing fee.
- 3A payouts report lists every booking, fee and refund in that wire, exact to the cent.
Any Stripe-supported country
- 1Connect your Stripe account to Junglebee in a couple of minutes.
- 2The guest pays by card and the money lands in your Stripe account straight away. Junglebee takes the 4% automatically.
- 3Stripe pays out to your bank on its own schedule, usually every 2 to 7 days. Refunds and disputes are handled in your Stripe dashboard.
Booking software for your boat tours.
Two boats, one calendar. A party is never split across boats, a boat on another trip isn’t sold, and nothing is oversold — enforced the moment a guest books.
Seats that follow the boats
A departure sells the seats of the boats running it, in fill order. The desk says “14 seats open · up to 8 per booking” and offers to split a bigger group into two bookings.
Every channel, one calendar
Website, booking page, desk and hotel desks sell the same seats, and GetYourGuide, Viator and other resellers will soon. A sale anywhere closes them everywhere.
Check-in by boat
A passenger list per boat, check-in and no-show on your phone at the dock, and who still owes money before they step aboard.
A booking anywhere changes the count everywhere.
Your website, your booking page, the desk, agencies and hotel desks all sell from one availability. GetYourGuide, Viator / Tripadvisor and other resellers join them soon. Watch it move.

Same dayWhat operators ask us first
Can I take card payments with my own business and local bank account?+
Yes. In the Caribbean and Costa Rica, where Stripe doesn’t operate (the Cayman Islands, the Bahamas, St. Maarten, Aruba, Curaçao, Jamaica and more), JB Pay takes card payments for your existing business, with no merchant account, and wires the money to your business’s bank account at your local bank. The account must be in the business’s name. Payouts are in US dollars, so a USD account avoids conversion costs. In the US, Canada, Europe and other Stripe countries, you connect your own Stripe account instead. Check your country on the supported countries page.
What do I need to apply for JB Pay?+
You apply once, in the app. You’ll need your business’s legal name, address and registration number, a copy of your business registration or licence, the owners’ names and the main owner’s ID or passport, and the bank details for your business account (account number, bank name and SWIFT code). You confirm that you hold the licences and insurance your trips need and sign the JB Pay agreement online. Before your first payout we also need a US tax form (W-8BEN-E for a business outside the US), filled in online in the same place. JB Pay switches on once we approve you.
What does it actually cost?+
4% per card payment plus card processing, and nothing else. No monthly fee, no set-up fee, no contract. Cash, card-machine, agency and room payments are free. By default the 4% is added to the guest’s total, so a $100 seat is charged at $104.
What are my fees and payout on a $750 booking?+
With the 4% added to the guest’s total (the default), the guest pays $780.00. Junglebee keeps $30.00, card processing is about $22.92, and you receive $727.08. If you absorb the 4% instead, the guest pays $750.00 and you receive $697.95. On JB Pay a flat $25 bank fee comes off each wire, not each booking. Try your own amounts on the pricing page.
When do I get paid, and where does the money go?+
On JB Pay, bookings are paid out by trip date, twice a month (trips from the 1st to the 15th, and from the 16th to the end of the month). Once a period’s last trip has run, we aim to wire it within five business days, in US dollars, to your business’s bank account, with a report listing every booking and fee. A booking made in March for a trip on 10 June is paid in the wire for 1–15 June, in the second half of June. On your own Stripe account, Stripe pays your bank directly, usually every 2 to 7 days.
Can you move my tours over from Bókun or another booking system?+
Yes. Export your products and upcoming bookings from Bókun, FareHarbor, Peek or any other system (CSV or Excel is fine) and send them to us. We set up your tours, schedules, prices, upcoming bookings and guests for you; you check everything and go live, usually within a week. There’s no set-up fee, and you can run both systems side by side until you’re sure.
Can you add booking to my website and my Google Business Profile?+
Yes. Paste one line of code and a Book now button opens the booking page on top of your site, on WordPress, Squarespace, Webflow or any other site. Add your booking page (book.junglebee.com/your-company) to your Google Business Profile as its booking or website link, so guests who find you on Google Search and Maps book straight into your own checkout. No website? Your booking page works on its own. Email us and we’ll walk you through both.
How long does it take to set up?+
Most operators set up in an afternoon: add your company, choose how you get paid, add your first product and share your booking page. You don’t need any technical skills, and you can take your first booking the same day.
What happens when a boat is on another trip?+
Its seats disappear from every product for that time. A boat is in one place at a time, and every surface — website, booking page, desk — sees the same count.
Can I keep selling on GetYourGuide and Viator?+
Yes, as you do today. The direct connections are coming soon; once they’re live, your website, your booking page, the desk and the resellers all sell from the same seats, so a booking on one closes the seat everywhere. Junglebee charges nothing on reseller bookings.
What happens on a weather day?+
Cancel the departure and its bookings move to one list. Move each guest to another date, or refund them under your policy, and they’re emailed automatically.
Can my crew use it at the dock?+
Yes. It works in the browser on any phone or tablet, with no app to install. Your crew can check guests in by boat and see who still owes before they step aboard.
Who helps me if something goes wrong?+
Our own team, by email. They run tours themselves and know what a busy morning looks like.
Am I locked in?+
No. There is no contract, and you can export your bookings, guests and payments to Excel or CSV at any time.
