Questions

Scuba diving: the short answers.

Can I require a certification level?+

Yes. A required dropdown per diver, answered before payment.

Can snorkelers join a dive trip?+

Yes, as a separate guest type with its own price.

What would Junglebee cost me on a $145 diver?+

4% per card payment, plus card processing. By default the 4% is added to the guest’s total, so they pay $150.80 and you receive about $140.33. No monthly fee, and nothing on cash.

Can Junglebee take card payments in my country?+

In the Caribbean and Costa Rica, JB Pay takes card payments for you and wires you in US dollars every fortnight, no merchant account needed. In Stripe countries such as the US, Canada and Europe, you connect your own Stripe account.

Can I sell my scuba diving on GetYourGuide and Viator too?+

Yes. Every channel sells from the same availability, so a booking anywhere closes the spot everywhere. Junglebee charges nothing on reseller bookings.

What if I have to cancel a trip?+

Cancel the departure and its bookings move to one list. Move each guest to another date or refund them under your policy; they’re emailed automatically.

How long does it take to set up?+

Most operators set up in an afternoon and take their first booking the same day. Already on another system? Send us an export and we import your products, bookings and guests.
