One party, the whole boat. Deposit now, balance by link.
Tell us a little and we’ll show you what’s possible — no endless scrolling.
Powered by JunglebeeA charter takes the whole boat. Everything else adjusts on its own.
Saturday on the real set-up: Reef Runner II (50 seats) and Sea Turtle (12 seats) both run the 09:00 Reef & Cay day. Then the Hendersons book Sea Turtle privately.
Both boats’ seats are on sale everywhere, from one count.
One party, one boat
Two charters at the same time need two boats, never one boat twice.
Shared tours lose that boat
Only for the charter’s hours. Before and after, it sells as normal.
Every channel at once
Website, booking page, resellers and desk read the same seats.
Checked when they pay
If the boat was taken a second earlier, the guest is told before paying.
How a charter runs on Junglebee.
The guest picks the boat, the day and the start time
Your booking page or the widget on your site shows only slots the boat is free for. Party size up to the boat’s capacity; a bigger party is told so before paying.

They pay the deposit — card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Link
30% at booking, 3-D Secure on the same screen, a 15-minute hold while they pay. Ticket and receipt by email, with the meeting point and directions.
The balance asks for itself
At the lead time you set, the balance request goes out with a pay link and reminders. Paid at the desk, in the guest portal or by link — the card on file works in all three.
On the day: the charter in black on your calendar
Week and month views show private charters in black, shared tours in green, rentals in blue. Click the trip for its pane.

The pane: one party, the whole boat
Boats, party, notes, what is still owed, check-in. Move the date, change the boat or cancel with the refund shown first — the guest gets the updated ticket.

Fewer calls the week before.

Re-send the ticket, pay the balance with the card on file, update details, change the date inside the free-change window, cancel with the refund shown first.

4% per card payment, plus the card processing fee. Nothing else.
No monthly fee, no set-up fee, no contract. Nothing on cash, card machine, agency or room payments. A $650 deposit paid by card with the fee on top: the guest pays $676.00, you are paid $630.10.
What operators ask us first
Can two charters share a boat?+
No — and that is the point. A charter takes the whole boat for its time. The next party gets the next boat or the next slot, and the shared tours lose that boat’s seats for the same window.
How do deposits and balances work?+
Set a deposit per product (30%, say). The guest pays it at booking; the balance request goes out on its own at the lead time you choose, with reminders. The card on file can be charged at the desk, in the guest portal or by pay link.
Do you do contracts or invoices?+
No contracts. Balances are collected by pay link with a receipt for every card payment. Cash, card machine and room charges are recorded at the desk.
What if the party cancels?+
Cancel from the pane with the policy-based refund shown first. One refund algorithm, newest charge first, the 4% returned in proportion; the card processing fee is not.
Different lengths or destinations?+
Each trip length or destination is its own product, with its own price, deposit, boats and schedule. Simple to explain, impossible to oversell.
What does Junglebee cost on a charter?+
4% per card payment plus card processing, and nothing else. On a $1,800 charter with a 30% deposit, the 4% is charged on the deposit now and on the balance when it is paid. No monthly fee.
Can Junglebee take card payments in my country?+
In the Caribbean and Costa Rica, JB Pay takes card payments for you and wires you in US dollars every fortnight. In Stripe countries such as the US, Canada and Europe, you connect your own Stripe account.
Can I still sell shared tours on the same boats?+
Yes. A charter takes the whole boat for its time, and shared tours lose that boat’s seats for the same window, on every channel.
