Can guests book any start time?+
Yes, any time on a 15-minute grid inside your opening hours. The unit is blocked for the package length.
How do I stop two guests getting the same jet ski?+
Each unit can only be booked once for any time. When all units are out, that time disappears from your booking page.
Can I change a guest to a different unit?+
Yes. Change the time or the unit from the desk and the guest gets the updated booking.
Can I take walk-ins?+
Yes. Book them at the desk; they take the same units as online bookings.
Can I sell on GetYourGuide and Viator too?+
Yes. Every channel sells from the same units, so a machine is never booked twice.
What does Junglebee cost?+
No monthly fee. 4% per card payment plus card processing, usually added to the guest’s total. Nothing on cash, card-machine or reseller bookings.
Can Junglebee take card payments in my country?+
In the Caribbean and Costa Rica, JB Pay takes card payments for you and wires you in US dollars every fortnight. In Stripe countries such as the US, Canada and Europe, you connect your own Stripe account.
How long does it take to set up?+
Most operators set up in an afternoon and take their first booking the same day. Already on another system? Send us an export and we import your products, bookings and guests.
