Yes. Each departure sells the combined seats of the boats running it, filled in your order, and one booking always stays on one boat.
What if a boat is out on a private charter?+
Its seats disappear from every shared tour for that time, on your website, desk and resellers alike.
Can guests book a hotel pickup?+
Yes. Set pickup areas with a price per guest or per booking. Pickup times are worked out from the departure time.
Does it work with GetYourGuide and Viator?+
Yes. Both, plus Tripadvisor and other resellers, sell from the same availability as your website.
What happens on a weather day?+
Cancel the departure and its bookings move to one list. Move each guest to another date or refund them under your policy; they’re emailed automatically.
What does Junglebee cost?+
No monthly fee. 4% per card payment plus card processing, usually added to the guest’s total. Nothing on cash, card-machine or reseller bookings.
Can Junglebee take card payments in my country?+
In the Caribbean and Costa Rica, JB Pay takes card payments for you and wires you in US dollars every fortnight. In Stripe countries such as the US, Canada and Europe, you connect your own Stripe account.
How long does it take to set up?+
