Does Junglebee charge on reseller bookings?+
No. The reseller charges its own commission and pays you; Junglebee takes nothing on those bookings.
Will resellers overbook me?+
No. Every channel sells from the same availability, so a seat sold on one closes on all of them at the same moment.
Do I need my own account with each reseller?+
Yes. You sign up with each reseller and agree your commission with them. We connect it to your Junglebee availability.
How long does connecting a reseller take?+
Once your reseller account is approved, mapping your products to theirs takes a few minutes per product. We help you with the first one.
Who pays me for reseller bookings?+
The reseller, on its own schedule. Junglebee only pays out card payments it processes itself.
Can I sell through hotels and local agencies?+
Yes. Book for them at the desk and record their payment as agency or room charge, at no Junglebee fee.
