What is Junglebee?

Junglebee is a software & reservation system for tours and charters that enables you to manage your bookings and also accept online bookings and payments on your website. We are not an agent, reseller, or OTA.

Who can use Junglebee?

We can work with companies in any Caribbean country. We will process payments for you and wire the funds directly to your bank account for all your bookings. You do not need a merchant bank account.

We can also work with any company that can use Stripe for credit card processing (You'll need this to start accepting online customer payments via Junglebee). To check if your company and country can use Stripe, please check their supported countries list and make sure your country is supported. Here is the list of supported countries: https://stripe.com/global (This is not for Caribbean companies as there is no Stripe in the Caribbean unless you are using a bank account in a Stripe-supported country like the USA).

How much does Junglebee cost?

We've made Junglebee's pricing as reasonable as possible to help as many tour companies that we can, we definitely have one of the best rates in the tour industry.

How can I start using Junglebee?

#1. To get started, you'll first want to create an account with us (It's free to sign-up). 

#2. Once you have a Junglebee account, we must verify that the tour operators we work with are indeed legal entities. 

To accept online payments for your tours and charters, we need some information about your company: main contact details & identification, company name, and legal name, along with address and business license. This helps keep fraudulent activity at a low - allowing us to continue offering tour booking software that is safe and secure for both our users and guests.

#3. Once we have received the completed form, we will be sending you the user agreement to sign. We do this all online electronically via email.

#4. Once you've signed the agreement and completed the previous steps, you need to decide how you want to install Junglebee on your website. You have two options:

• Ask your webmaster to install Junglebee on your website (Here is the tutorial and explanation).
• Or, the Junglebee team can do it for you. If so, we need a link to your website builder and the login details. This way we can add the Junglebee booking widget and your Book Now buttons. (It's free).

#5. Once you've decided how you want to install Junglebee on your website, you will need to set up your tours in Junglebee. We have a help center full of short video tutorials to help you through the process. 

Important: You can also request that the Junglebee team set up your tours for you. If you want our help, we will only start once the following has been completed by you:

• Junglebee account created.
• User sign-up form completed and agreement signed.
• We have the login details to your website builder to install the Junglebee widget.
  

Getting setup can take less than a week once you've gone through the above steps!
