Yes. Add a dietary question per guest from your question bank. Answers appear on the guest list.

How do guests find the meeting point?+

The meeting point with a map and directions is on the product page, the confirmation and the reminder.

Can I sell private tours?+

Yes, as their own product with their own price and schedule.

Do guests get a reminder?+

Yes, automatically, at the lead time you set per product.

What if not enough people book?+

Set a minimum per departure. If it isn’t met, cancel the departure and move or refund each booking from one list.

What does Junglebee cost?+

No monthly fee. 4% per card payment plus card processing, usually added to the guest’s total. Nothing on cash, card-machine or reseller bookings.

Can Junglebee take card payments in my country?+

In the Caribbean and Costa Rica, JB Pay takes card payments for you and wires you in US dollars every fortnight. In Stripe countries such as the US, Canada and Europe, you connect your own Stripe account.

How long does it take to set up?+
