How long does switching take?+

Most operators are taking bookings within a week. You can run both systems side by side while you check everything.

Can you import my bookings and guests?+

Yes. Send us an export (CSV or Excel) of your upcoming bookings and guest list and we import them for you.

Do I need to change my website?+

Swap your old booking button for the Junglebee one: one line of code. We can help.

What about bookings already paid on my old system?+

They come across as paid, so check-in and balances work as normal. Refunds of old payments stay with your old provider.

Will my booking page or website go offline during the switch?+

No. Your old system keeps taking bookings until you swap the button. Switch on a quiet day and new bookings start coming to Junglebee straight away.

How do I train my team?+

Invite your team with their own roles and we can walk them through it on a call.

Is there a contract or a minimum?+

No contract, no minimum, no monthly fee. You can export your data and leave at any time.
