Can I take card payments in Aruba?+

Yes, through JB Pay. You don’t need a merchant account or a Stripe account: JB Pay collects your guests’ card payments, including Apple Pay and Google Pay, and wires your payout every fortnight.

What currency will I be paid in?+

US dollars. JB Pay pays out in USD only, to the bank account you choose.

Are there any fees on the payout?+

A flat $25 bank fee per wire. You set your minimum payout; we recommend $300 so the fee stays small. Anything below it rolls into the next fortnight.

Who handles chargebacks?+

We do. On JB Pay we respond to the dispute with the booking details and keep you informed.

What does it cost?+

No monthly fee. 4% per card payment plus card processing; nothing on cash, card-machine, agency or room payments.

Do you collect or file taxes for me?+

No. You set your prices including or excluding local taxes and stay responsible for declaring them. Reports export to Excel or CSV for your accountant.
